Phone screening with recruiter, was pleasant and went well, however after a month of waiting on a follow up interview and zero response to any of my follow up emails or phone call, I was told, "At this time, we will be changing the requirements of the role as they have realigned what will be needed most for their team. With that said, at this time we are considering candidates more closely aligned to the role requirements." This abysmal communication and hiring process is a clear red flag of an unorganized company that has little to no regard for a candidates time so I will not be pursuing a career with Nike at this time.
