I interviewed with Nike over a decade ago. Despite my under qualification (I had just graduated university with zero experience in marketing), they entertained me with an interview after receiving my very creative application.
Susan and others were very friendly and insightful.
I had interviews over the phone and via zoom the questions were difficult but fair it was an unique experience. the video conference interview was the harder of the two.
