I was attending the Grace Hopper Conference and got an email invite to participate in their coding challenge for their summer technology internship. The coding challenge was online and did not require talking to anyone over video chat, the questions were just on a website. I saw at the conference they had a lot of applicants in person, but I did the challenge before I talked to them in person. They didn't move me on to the next steps for some reason, even though I did the coding challenge in less than 5 minutes. Maybe it had to do with my other responses.
