Interview
I was really impressed with the entire interview process. (Nearly) everyone from recruiters to direct hiring supervisors were very enthusiastic and warm, which made the overall process much less intimidating than it could have been.
Part 1: 30 minute phone interview with recruiter
Part 2: 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager
Part 3: Half a day of interview panels, mock fit sessions, and additional knowledge tests.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"What is an area where you could improve?" Be careful when answering a question about where your challenges lie. Very rarely does an interviewer want a frank admission of anything resembling a weakness (even if they think they do). I did answer honestly, and got feedback from my recruiter that the issue I raised was exactly why I did not make it to the next round of interviews.

Interview
3-4 week process from submitting resume on career site to the written offer
Recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screening. The screening questions were surface level agility/conflict questions as they aren't attuned to the job role it self as much as the panel interviewers are. At the end of the screening they asked about pay range expectations (do your research) and confirmed based off of resume experience how much they think they could offer me if I got the job. The person to schedule final round interviews is different than the recruiter. Before doing the final round of interviews, the recruiter reached out with 2 focal points that each panel interview was going to focus on (I.E. deliver results). So be sure to prep for those topics as they were pretty much the only thing being asked.
Final round interviews was set ups as an onsite 2 part panel interview. Campus is big, confusing to new people, and parking lots are complex so be sure to add extra time.
Part 1: Hiring manager + Sr. Product Dev
15 min break
Part 2: Director + Cross-functional Manager (Tech Dev)
Campus Tour provided by their interview scheduler
A day later I was called with an official offer.
Notes:
I wore my Nike Pegasus Kicks with a business casual attire, brought a note pad, copies of my resume and career map
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell us a time when... (behavioral/technical)
Most questions were either geared around -
*Conflict resolution, working with differing personalities/workstyles
*Ability to adjust to change, managing priorities
Be sure to ask them questions as well:
Recruiter - I asked a lot of questions about the company culture, career development, D&I (shows that you are engaged in the company community)
Hiring Manager - Geared more towards team dynamics, how they feel about the role, how they work with their members for career development/growth opportunities
All other panel members - Team dynamics, how I could best bring success to the people on the team, where they thought they thought the team could grow
