Interview
They had me record some behavioral and technical question and answers, without a live person, which was interesting. Also had a technical case study using a set of data they provided and I had to tell a story with it via Tableau.

How do you handle differing needs with different stakeholders?
Accepted a contract via a national technical recruiting company. As a SoW contractor no one gave me a list of responsibilities and wanted to track my every move. If you're coming in through the recruiter route, work with a recruiter that you trust that has your best interests in mind vs signing your contract asap to take 60% of the pay and jump.
