They asked questions about myself. Interviewers were friendly and asked how I would handle certain scenario’s. Generic retail job but wanted to know about my passion to see if I fit in with their culture.

online, easy to answer, automated questions that revolved around customer services, things about being apart of a group or helping a challenging customer/teammate, just be prepared to answer about general interest in the company

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
