I was put through 4 rounds of interview. The first two rounds were detailed and structured by the hiring manager and reporting manager. I was then referred to 2 Senior Directors for a casual interview. Went very well. Weeks later there were no news and I need to emailed the HR recruiter for updates. About a month later, The recruiter called and said I was not selected. No reasons were given, no why other candidates did better where and why. It was disappointing. There should be a proper reasoning to be given to applicants.
