Tell me about a time you could not deliver on your commitments.
Easy interview. First hireview asked questions about background mostly. Typical questions about what you did when facing a conflict. They asked about a time when you wanted to quit and how you faced it.

Interview
My interview experience with Nike was genuinely positive. The process was well-structured, the questions felt relevant and thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere was very friendly and professional. The team made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Perfect experience, and I truly appreciated their clear communication and respect for candidates.
Didn’t get the job. Interview was pretty straightforward, no different than what you would typically expect. Not technical in any way. Pretty standard personality based interview. I had a hirevue first before this interview, it’s worth noting.
