Three interviews - hiring manager, 1-1 w/ a direct business partner, and 2-1 w/ cross-functional business partners.
Discussion with the hiring manager was 30 min and the latter two were 45 minutes each. The interview with the hiring manager was more about the role and some of the challenges associated with the day-to-day operations. The 1-1 and 2-1 interviews were competency-based questions.
