I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
I had completed some contract work for Nike and was referred for a position. I had a 1:1 conversation with the hiring manager at the time then a week later went in for a panel interview with 5 people. They asked a variety of questions re: my background, scenarios, favorite athlete (of course), and how I would approach different situations. I made sure to come prepared with my own questions, possible questions they may ask me and ideas of my own.
