I applied online, and it only took a couple of days before Nike to go through my application and invite me (by email) to participate in a digital interview through HIREVUE. The interview includes about 5 oral questions and 2 written questions, and the dress code was NIKE CASUAL. The whole process took about a week, very fast.

Interview
I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
