You will likely have a recruiter screening interview. If you are accepted into the final applicant pool, you will have three to four 1-on-1 interviews. Expect competency questions based on internal program called Leadership Defined. They cover leadership philosophies based on three concepts: Grow Yourself, Grow Together and Grow the Business.

Straight forward interview process, began with initial Video Assessment and then went onto Panel Zoom Interview (two sessions). Waited approximately two weeks for response/final answer. Overall a good interview process.
