Went through 5 rounds of interviews - pretty standard questions. Mostly disappointed that Nike HR NEVER reached out after my interviews, even after I sent a follow-up email. I obviously didn't get the job, but I didn't deserve being completely ghosted. It's the lack of communication for me.
