Interview
Their process doesn’t respect the time of the applicants, nor the hiring managers.
All communication was via automated email. Instead of a 10-minute call with HR, they instruct you to video-record answers to questions via HireVue. The videos are then sent to the hiring manager. It takes 30-60 minutes and feels very unnatural. You get 2-3 minutes to prepare for each question, and then another ~5 minutes to respond. No cuts or retakes. You receive an email response in 2 weeks. It’s a weird, time-consuming experience just to potentially be disqualified for basics like salary range expectation.
