2 phone interviews. Not tricky just some behavioral questions, and what I thought of Nike as a company. Very focused on the culture of the company!! They also asked about your resume information, and a time I had to use leadership skills. In addition, they asked why they should hire me over other candidates and what I could bring to the table.
