Interview
Everybody was helpful during the onboarding process before beginning training. Interview was about 45 minutes. Aptitude tests were difficult due to time limits. Medical tests were very thorough and included vision, hearing, and urinalysis. Background checks are done so no use applying with any criminal background.

One HR person and one Engineer ask basic questions. Some situational some standard interview questions. Must be willing to work long and erratic hours and dedicate time to study. Overall not a bad interview
