I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NKC Health in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview was conducted with all managers of the hospital to find placement as a graduate nurse. Interview was not as intimidating as it sounds. Some of the managers were very engaged while others appeared to try to be intimidating. I was already employed as a tech so I bypassed the HR interviews and initial face to face.

You check in at the front desk and then they send you to interview with HR. You then meet with benefits and the nurse educators. After that, you go around to various floors and interview with their managers. It's a little overwhelming but it's quick and not as bad as it seems.
