I spoke with a partner at a campus recruiting event who gave me his business card and invited me to submit a job application. Within a week of submitting my application, I was contacted to schedule an office interview. The first office interview comprised of an audit simulation, a Microsoft Word simulation, and a Microsoft Excel simulation. They are all very straightforward. The audit simulation doesn't require prior audit knowledge, the Word simulation involved writing a business letter, and the Excel simulation meant working with very simple excel functions (sum, formatting, sorting alphabetically, etc). At the end, I had a 30-minute interview with two people from the firm (at the same time).The whole process took about 3 hours. A week later I was contacted by phone to schedule a second office interview. I have not had it yet, but it is expected to take about an hour.
