Really poor interview process. At first I was recommended by an external recruiter. They rejected me, saying I didn't have enough automotive experience, which was not true, I was working at an automotive company. They hired someone from our company, basically the only one who didn't have ANY automotive experience. After they hired all of my colleagues, I applied to them online, but did not receive any answer. I contacted them several times and finally I got the answer that the search is still on, and they will inform me. It never happened. A year later I applied for another job. That time they called me for a personal appointment, and they told me, that I would be a perfect match for a Key Account Manager position. I told them that I applied several times, for which they told me that they had serious difficulties filling a position by the time I applied and they wished that I had been available by then (I was).
