Lengthy but comprehensive. It took 3 turns, at first a technical written interview, then a personal interview with HR and tech people, then a 2-hour problem solving with a laptop computer.

The 3-stage interview went smoothly at first. The written test was evaluated quickly and face to face meetings followed that also went nicely. The 3rd stage, a problem solving test was evaluated very slowly, however, and despite multiple contact initiations on my part (I needed the result because other employers were waiting for my response), the process was not sped up at all. Finally the evaluation took place and I'm a reasonably content employee since then.
