I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NORCAL Ambulance (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Gave availability, did phone screening, then In person. The in-person they really push that you will work whatever hours other people don't want, I specifically told them what days I wasn't available and drove 2hrs for them to say that you can't really say no, there's mandatory overtime especially if you're new. We then talked about why I want to work there, and right back to the availability part. Next they had 2 20something emts give a psychomotor test. They thank you for your time and say you might hear back from HR. I did hear back but it was to say my schedule didn't work for them.
