I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NOV (Broussard, LA) in Sep 2014
Interview
I initially met with the HR Manager in an informal interview setting. There were over 250 applicants who had applied for this job, but HR had found my resume online and wanted to interview me before conducting any of the other applicants. The interview actually lasted two hours. There was this sense of just knowing that this was where I belonged. After the generic questions were asked, daily routines, an informal walk around, daily tasks, and meet and greet other co-workers were all a part of this interview process.
