Supplied cover letter; interviewed over phone. Had a hard time with connection on two different phones - recommend doing in person interview if at all possible. People were very nice but definitely recommend doing as much research as possible and taking notes because if you blank on a name of someone they recently interviewed, your chances are out the window

What was a story in this election year that you enjoyed NPR's coverage of?
It was a highly technical interview, there were no traditional interview questions. Posed hypothetical situations about copyright ownership and asked how you would respond or what advice you would give.
There were three rounds -- one by phone and two online with two editors/reporters each. The calls lasted about 30 minutes. I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
