The process from when I submitted my application to when I heard a decision was over 2 and a half months. I was first contacted for a phone interview, then came in a couple of weeks later for the first in-person interview. It was then over a month before I was asked to come back in for a second in-person interview. It took a week to hear back after my second interview—was not offered a position. I asked for feedback from my interview but was told they do not discuss interview results. The people I met with were all incredibly nice and I got a good impression from the company during my visit. I was very put off by how long the process took, however. It gave me the perception that things are not in order and made me feel under-valued as a candidate. Would have been hesitant to accept a position with NRC for this reason.

applied online, started with an email communication to set up a phone interview, had a 30 min phone interview followed by an in-person interview with HR then a second interview with manager of department - everyone was very upbeat throughout the process
