I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NRC Health in Jun 2022
Interview
I had three different interviews. The first was a phone interview with the recruiter. I was then sent a link to complete an online assessment. I was given a second interview with two AVPs. The third interview was with 4 AVPs where I was required to prepare a presentation. Overall the process was good and went fast. From my first interview until my offer was about a month.

Final Interview in person (pitch short presentation)- they will assist with flying out if you are remote.
Overall, it took a few months but was well worth it!
