The company had an open house type of interview process. They gave a presentation about the company to a group of people and then interview everyone one by one based on job category. First, they lied about the position, telling me I would work 50-60 hours a week, with anything over 40 being overtime. I took that into consideration when accepting the job, but found out from my manager that they were CUTTING hours, and not giving anyone more than 40. Second, the recruiter did not go into much depth about the job, and told me I would just going to people's homes and seeing if the roof was good for solar panels, and when hired I was on roofs every day, and barely talking to people. After the open house I was called by the interviewer and offered the job. The thing I disliked most (which I found out after) is that they completely overlooked my resume and were pretty much just trying to fill positions (in my opinion). Not to say its not a decent job, but I have a college education, and I was climbing all over huge roofs every single day. The company was not a great work environment (at least for the Site Assessors) and I quite after a week.
