NRT Technology Project Coordinator interview questions

Phone interview where the HR rep just kept repeating what I said as she took notes. She didn't understand many of the questions I asked and just told me she'd have to call me back with the answer. They asked me to come in for an in-person interview but never responded back to me when I requested a different time than the one they initially offered.
