I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NSF
Interview
I was referred to the job by an acquaintance, then applied online and received an invitation for a phone interview within a week. We reviewed my past work history only. Recruiter (the current Agency the is managing their recruitment function) told me more about her role, the RPO, how she works form home etc. At the end of the conversation she invited me for an onsite interview and stated I would hear back on the date / time next week - this was months ago but still waiting. No further communication since then. Having worked in HR my entire life I am disappointed that this type of behavior and selection process exists in today's environment. This type of in-house agency support does not do the company any justice and I've heard other talented HR individuals experienced the same. It is a shame that organizations put their trust in this type of services.
