At least 2-3 rounds of interview with manager staff. Pretty much common questions during the interview. Starting from why japan, Why It..etc. Very systemized in terms of results of the interview. Very sensitive about japanese work culture rules.
Primero te llama recursos humanos explicando el puesto, te lleva a completar una prueba de habilidades cognitivas. Si te va bien, posteriormente hacer una entrevista con tu jefe directo en la que hablas sobre la experiencia laboral, por qué quiere entrar y como está compuesta el área.
Prima incontro conoscitivo co nHR, poi incontro con manager del team dove pensano di inserirti e poi finale conoscitivo con partner che è piu una formalità e non un vero e proprio colloquio
