Interview
This interview was in Madrid. The structure of the interview was not clear. They asked for questions from nested lists to advanced mathematical approaches. It was not clear the profile that they was looking for. But this is normal in Spain, where they look for unicorns and magic wizards to underpaid them, that usually ends in disasters due to bad management. Nothing different to the normal behaviour of spaniards.

Question 1
As I said before solve problems of nested list, pointers in C++, bayesian and deep learning and its mathematical details.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews, also discussing past projects and impact provided. No coding challenges or leetcode. The interviews were collegiate and nice. The recruiting staff was very proactive in their communication. Overall a good experience
Colloquio in 3 step: 1 una chiamata telefonica preliminare, un colloquio conoscitivo di circa 1 ora e un colloquio tecnico di 1 ora. Gli step si distanziano l'uno dall'altro anche di una settimana. Aspettatevi anche domande in inglese.
Colloquio conoscitivo semplice con diverse domande comportamentali (pregi, difetti, obiettivi di vita ecc)
Colloquio tecnico nella norma, dopo aver approfondito il vostro CV fanno delle domande logiche e qualche esercizio di sviluppo.

Smooth and pretty good experience, however after the last interview (they told me they would get in contact in a couple of days for the offer) they completely disappeared and never answered to my emails. Avoid.
