Applied online, screening with the recruiter then phone interview . I had a negative interview as the interviewer asked very silly questions which is not the way we usually conduct the technical interview I think they are looking for un-logical candidates who knows only where is the files located without understanding the logic and the interviewer is quite rude. Also, 90% of thr job description is not required. Unprofessional.

Overall initial interview was positive and exciting. Previous contract ended and NTT won new contract. Reality of actual working conditions with upper management and corporate were much different than what was described.
