Interview
I got a phone interview from HR for halifax position and after that video interview from Director and tech lead. Everything went well and after that I got feedback from them that I went fairly well and looking forward for client interview or will directly give you offer letter. I followed up couple of times they said they are still waiting for client and after one month I asked them finally why they holding too much and I got a reply that the position what I applied for was for intermediate and they the director changed mind and started looking for senior roles. What a crap and wastage of time for me. Never expected this thing from MNC.
