Got interview through agency. The guy didn't have any clue of who he was recruiting (like, he had no clue about the project, basically he just had some "skill sheet" that I needed to fit in).
Got the job pretty easy. Bad work conditions got out as soon as I could (3 months after I got the job).

Not too many technical questions. Very laid back interview process. They made me feel like a close friend during the interview. Nice team introduction. I would reccomend this company to a friend.
