Interview
I Interviewed for the position of Software Developer at Arkadin now NTT Cloud Communications Noida . Overall experience is good.
First Round is general screening round where you are generally evaluated according to your mentioned technical skills and thereafter will be shortlisted for a technical discussion.
Second Round goes for 1-1.2 Hours. It is a complete technical interview where you are asked about your technologies, projects, architecture and some logical coding questions.
Third and final round is discussion with Project director where you are generally asked about your achievements, general technical questions, team management, source control etc.

The interview was a genuinely positive experience. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable atmosphere right from the start, which helped ease any nervousness. The questions were well-structured and relevant to the role, giving me a fair chance to showcase my skills and experience. I also appreciated the clear communication about the process and next steps, which made the overall experience feel transparent and professional
