Enkel via Teams dus geen face to face zelfs na ronde 3. De vorige aangehaalde werd niet doorgespeeld naar de volgende ronde. Volgende was niet op de hoogte hiervan. Geen feedback achteraf en dus geen idee wat er van gekomen is.
Talent acquisition really helpful. Take 1 month turn around. Check reference thoroughly. 3 layer interview. Best to get someone to do referral to skip the onboarding. Mostly have to start as a hunter and need to bring your own network
