First interview was with a recruiter candidly speaking about how I could fit in the role. Second interview was two rounds with the rest of the team. Was conversational and we discussed responsibilities and opportunities for development. They followed up shortly after to offer me room to ask any questions and followed up after that to extend an offer. From the time I applied to the time I received an offer was about 2.5 weeks.
