The interview process was fairly straightforward with a 2 stage interview. No design task, which is great. 1st interview was with the Design team manager I believe where we spoke about my skills and experience. 2nd interview was with another team lead and it was more about cultural fit. The company sounded pretty good with a clear structure when it comes to employees growth and career path. Unfortunately the salary they offered and the overall benefits package was underwhelming and not competitive so I decided to decline their offer.
