Very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to even apply. The lead/manager asks questions that he is not even sure about the answer and he can insist on the wrong answer even if you answer correctly. Plus, the technical interviewer was responsible of asking HR questions like salary etc which is not how it's supposed to be.
