At first, there was a phone interview (lasting about 30 minutes) in which it appeared to me that the HR Specialist hadn't even opened the previously sent CV. Subsequently, I had a technical interview with another employee from another location, who found out after about 40 minutes that HR had mistakenly forwarded the application to him since his team dealt with pure software development. It ended with an 'I hope this interview was a way for you to learn how to do it. You should focus on your skills a bit more". Well, this position is still advertised as "Entry-level", and I even had some experience.
