Question 1
Tell me about a time where you took initiative on a project.
Two phone interviews, then was flown out (pre-pandemic) for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was split into interviews with three different people. Everyone was friendly and overall I enjoyed it, but the bad part was waiting to hear a response about an offer; they kept pushing the date back by a week, so I didn’t get a final word until almost 7 weeks after my final interview.

Describe a situation where you were challenged; how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2020
Interview
Everyone was super friendly and nice throughout the process, and I did enjoy the actual interview. The issues came after the interviews, when the recruiter did not stick to the original timeline of when she would get back to us. Overall, it was an okay experience that could be made better by clearer communication.
