The interviewer was a few minutes late and seemed unprepared (ie. didn’t read my resume). They became dismissive in my willingness to pull up my sleeves and do the day-to-day job after learning that my previous role was at a more senior level. The rest of the interview then became an information gathering session about the vendors we’ve had in common, and less so about my skills or my fit for the company and the role. My HR screening experience was excellent--pleasant, informative, and helpful!
