Interview
I was reached out for an interview via LinkedIn. The communication before-hand was pretty quick but felt a little messy. The recruiter accidentally responded on the wrong email thread that he had been setting up an interview with another candidate. The interview itself was very casual, I met with three of the direct managers I'd be working with. It was about 30 minutes and I never heard back. Judging by the reviews on glassdoor, I wasn't enthusiastic to work for NV5.

How I would handle working with a client where their project was very long term rather than short term since majority is residential for me.
Two interviews, fairly informal, both over the phone. Generally a positive standard interview environment. People were polite and respectful. I did enjoy the process and think the interview process is fair.
Very quick and inconclusive, no follow up on the company side. Possibly a ghost job. Overall a pretty disappointing experience and a loss of time. They do use 3rd party headhunters for initial screening that are overpromising that contrasts with later direct interview.
