Interview
I was contacted by the Hiring Manager via Linkedin. We had several phone/video calls, including one with a high level presentation of a personal project.
I was then invited onsite for a day of interview. There were 6 rounds + lunch, covering 1h technical presentation, coding, deep learning, high level knowledge of Nvidia deep learning software, and leadership assessment.
All interviewers were very nice, and the impact of Nvidia is huge. Engineering culture looks great.

Was asked many AI-related questions. It is clear NVIDIA has a focus on AI competency, even if you aren’t working within an AI-related role. Overall, a challenging interview. Passion is a must.
Interview with HM, then with SA team member. Interview with HM went well. Then I waited >1 month for the SA team member to come back from holidays. The day of that 2nd interview, the interviewer didn't show up and I contacted the recruiter. The interviewed joined 50 minutes late and had a 10 minute chat about the role, where he didn't ask me any questions. Result? Rejection.
