I applied for two positions under PR. Had one interview for one position, and they asked me which one I would prefer and I said no preference, so I had another "first interview" for the other position. Moved on to an interview with a higher-up manager, and she said that she really liked me for soft skills but if they found someone with equal soft skills but more experience they'd have to go with them. I didn't get it, so I figure that's what happened. Interviewed during COVID, so it was all on the phone. Everyone was so sweet and we got distracted talking about fun things too. Great interview experience, not scary at all.
