I had 4 rounds of interviews with a variety of peers and superiors over a period of 2 months. It seemed a little chaotic and interviews were always scheduled with very little notice. The sales team consists of people with deep engineering background which I don't have. I would also assume that you need a engineering degree to "fit in".
