One interview screening with program managers, two interviews with teammates, and one with the hiring manager, 30 min each.
I was reached out via LinkedIn. My interview process was speeded up because I was in the final rounds with another company. My first interview with the program managers was the best interview I had ever had, and it made me want to work there. Then the rest of the interviews was a neutral experience. The recruiter coordinator was fast. I was able to have all my interviews scheduled within a week.
I was impressed with all my interactions except for the recruiter. He was so unprofessional and that made me not want to work there even if I was given the offer. He didn't answer my emails until I followed up that I had received another offer. During our phone call, he was talking over me, couldn't give me direct answers to my questions, cutting me off, told me to go ask for an extension with my other offer, and then started giving me unsolicited career advice. I am sure he had good intentions, but he needs additional training.
TLDR: Great experience with interviewers/recruiter coordinator, worst experience with recruiter
