The guy was totally unprepared for the interview and mistook me for another candidate. He pulled out my CV on site, read it, randomly chose a project, and asked me to describe it in detail. When he didn't understand what I was saying, he became aggressive, stuck in his thoughts, and kept asking me to explain... The whole process was extremely unpleasant.
