Seems like an AI selection process where candidates are brought up to the hiring manager. Once selected, the HR set up a direct call with the hiring manager for 15 mins! 15 mins is not enough by any means for a meaningful interview. My call took over 30 mins and in the end despite the plethora of career progress and achievements shared, the hiring manager asked for a list of marketing examples to be shared within 3 business days for review. This is good for early career candidates but not for seasoned coming for a larger successful organization and ones who have a proven track record. In the end the response was more along the lines that I was over qualified, which was nothing but a waste of time for me.
