1st round was with the Hiring Manager and a Senior DS on the team. 1 hour-long pleasant conversation about my work experience and passion for the role. 2nd round was a panel style where I met 4 people across 3 different interviews. This was where it got funny where two of the interviewers had no idea which role I was interviewing for. While most of them were nice and friendly, one of them, being a higher up, repeatedly asked me on Why Nvidia for 4-5 times to the extent of being unreasonable. She admitted that she joined the Teams call without knowing what role/team I was interviewing for and proceeded to treat me as a Solution Architect candidate. Her overall demeanor was condescending. To top it all off, the recruiter ghosted me for 2 weeks then finally replied that I should reach out again if I don't hear back from her, and after 3 weeks when I had called her, she responded the team had moved on with other candidates. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized behavior all around. They have 0 idea on how to handle the crazy $$$ coming in and treat their candidates and employees like their little primary school kids.
