I was referred by a friend directly to the hiring manager. I had a screening interview with him, then two technical interviews (Zoom) with members of the team. They weren't anything crazy, but I bungled the second out of nervousness. It was for a fairly junior position.
I was allowed to answer the non-C++ specific problems in Python.
